No regrets staying at the beautiful Casa Pericos!

Reviewed March 2015

My husband, myself and our little dog enjoyed an wonderful two months stay at Casa Pericos. We stayed at the Penthouse apartment most of the time and did stay at Cielo apartment for a few days also. This unique property is truely a labour of love due to its unique architecture and the attention to details given by its owners. It is very well appointed and confortable.

We loved the unique location of the casa where the jungle meets the sea. The view is amazing, the cool breeze welcome after a warm day of exploring beautiful Yelapa. Good swimming and snorkeling to be had just in front of the property.
At short walking distance we found everything we needed in the small grocery stores in Yelapa as we did cook our own meals at the casa very often.
The owners were friendly and easy to contact, the staff Delma and Miguel very attentive to our needs. The taxi boats safe and their staff excellent at making sure every one get in or off board safely.
Overall we had a great experience at Casa Pericos.

Room Tip: The Penthouse is beautiful! The bathroom stunning! We liked that it is an all open air casa.

Casa Pericos, located on "The Point" in Yelapa only a few palapas down from Isabel's Beach, is the newest and most finely appointed palapa in Yelapa. Casa Pericos, which translates as “House of the Parrots”, are three romantic Indonesian-inspired loft suites rising within a beautiful jungle canopy filled with parrots and butterflies directly on the ocean. All three romantic Indonesian-inspired loft suites of Casa Pericos sleep up to 14 when rented together, but may be easily closed off to be two or three very spacious lofts, all with private baths and separate kitchens to accommodate our guest's needs.
